Hypocrititcal Obama and Mass. Dems Create Ex Post Facto Kennedy Stand-in

Undistinguished leader Obama hails Kennedy Replacement as "distinguished leader"

Obama, Dems Use Shady Politics to Gain

Early Kennedy Replacement

President Barak Obama hailed the ex post facto result of Massachusetts dirty tricks, new senator Paul Kirk, as "a distinguished leader and an excellent choice to carry on the late Senator Ted Kennedy's work.  Obama and Democrats were ecstatic after Democratic state governor Deval Patrick selected former Democratic Party Chairman Kirk to fill the seat until Kennedy's legal replacement will be decided upon by a special election in January.  The appointment of Kirk gives Obama a potentially critical fillibuster proof 60th Democratic vote in the Senate to help pass Obamacare.

For the second time in five years, Massachusetts legislators used ex post facto last-minute legislation to unethically change the state's already standing replacement rules.  In 2004, to possibly deny then governor Mitt Romney the power to name a senate replacement for John Kerry (should he have been elected president that year) by creating a new law requiring a runoff election.  Romney is a Republican.  Kerry was NOT elected and the constitutionality of the ex post facto law denying Romney the power to select a replacement (the law that was on the books when Kerry chose to run) was never put before the judicial system.  The new law enacted after Kennedy's death according to ex post facto provisions should only be considered constitutional for seat openings created after the new law was enacted not ones empty before the law was made.

Obama Lying Message: Only Government Solutions Can Work

Rajjpuut like most thinking people in this country found himself greatly UNDERwhelmed by Barak Obama’s ridiculous speech to congress and the American people supporting his unneeded Obamacare bill.

1.                       While much “newness” was feigned at, there was not one bona fide new approach to the “problem” that he sees (which he has severely misdiagnosed, more later) it was just more of the same with a few more lies thrown in to make it seem more palatable to Republicans and Independents and Conservative Democrats.

2.                     The big lies were so numerous that Rajjpuut hopes not to have missed any in the torrent that poured out of the president’s forked tongue.

A.                     A. The declaration was made that “only a few details need to be ironed out”: a huge lie: Since Obamacare arises from totally bogus premises such as “only government solutions can possibly work to solve people’s problems”; and “the bigger and more involved the government is in the details of everyone’s lives, the better everyone’s lives will be” its conclusions are predictably pure hogwash and there is certainly nothing like a near consensus out there requiring “ironing out only a few details.”

B.     Bi-partisanship agreement was repeatedly suggested as obvious and true. What is obvious and true is that no Republican initiatives originally involved (such as complying with the Haynes act to prevent federal funding of abortion; such as complying with the “freedom of conscience provisions” that would NOT require a doctor to perform an abortion his conscience opposed; such as provisions requiring proof of citizenship and insisting that illegal aliens could not receive services; and most importantly Republican suggestions that HSA options for self-insurance be allowed and honored) . . . no Republican initiatives, not one of them, has been retained: all these crucial amendments have been removed by the Democratic majority in the various committees.

C.      Obama's pretense that the “public option” is small potatoes when the whole idea in the words of Obama and Barney Frank is that they need to pass only a tiny hint of a public option to effectively mean that the camel’s nose is in the tent and within a decade or perhaps only five years ONLY government manadated health insurance will be available and private health insurance would be a memory at best.

D.     The ludicrous pretense that forcing all people to have health insurance is equivalent to forcing all people to have car insurance; and that forcing employers to all have health insurance or pay into a “pot” to support government mandated health insurance is even constitutionally allowable.

E.      The ludicrous proposition that “prior conditions” can be mandated for coverage and private insurers can still survive . . . since this is a definite losing proposition under any conceivable actuarial conditions . . . this would guarantee the destruction of private insurance and the supremacy of the public option that Obama insists is “no big deal.”

F.      The biggest lie of all about Obamacare itself: “this is not a government takeover.” 1200 pages of new law is about to descend upon the people and their doctors . . . how much control and interference is needed, before someone calls it a “government takeover”?

G.     The biggest omissions of all about Obamacare: its multiple "evil" purposes . . . to give much more control over health care to the liberal supporters of all things government spending boondoggle-wise;  and to obscure the fact that all five of the worst government spending and government interference boondoggles (GSBs and GIBs) created by the liberal left wing of the Democratic Party  brought us to the current mess:

1)      Medicare now is obligated for $34 TRillion it can never hope to repay and it will officially go bankrupt in 2016.  Obviously if these two simple facts can be brought to permeate the public consciousness . . . the likelihood of future GSBs and GIBs such as Obamacare itself will be dramatically reduced and much more limited government would result.

2)     Medicaid is functionally bankrupt

3)     Even though the bankruptcy date for Social Security is officially 2037, it too is functionally bankrupt . . . Obamacare is trying to do for Medicare what recent legislation did for Social Security    . . . push its day of reckoning so far into the future that connection to the liberal congresses that created these bills is never made

4)     Jimmy Carter’s 1977 mortgage-guarantee legislation led the nation to 19% inflation in 1980 and ACORN lawyer Barak Obama sued and extorted banks in 1995 and 1996 into making loans in line with the bill which, while required by law were utterly senseless and fiscally irresponsible.

5)     Bill Clinton’s 1998 mortgage-guarantee law combined with the ’77 laws put the country’s financial collapse on steroids.  By the way when the Bush administration sought to eliminate the weakest portions of the two weak bills, in January 2005, the Democrats outvoted them to allow the fledgling crisis to grow beyond control.

H.    The faulty assumption that the problem with Americans’ health and the present health care system is caused by people NOT having health insurance.

1)      American physicians uniformly state that the problem actually lies with not being able to get health care to patients. For example, in the past doctors could give free care to the poor; or accept payment in kind from farm patients (over time eggs, vegetables, meat, etc.) but not this is forbidden in most cases. If a person of Medicare age is to be treated, all the paperwork must be filled out regardless and the Medicare laws must be followed even if they don’t apply or even interfere with doctor charity.

2)     Ex health-educator Rajjpuut, in his 26 blog series “A Far Better Health Care Alternative” has listed 44 factors that are far more important than health insurance:

For example . . .

a)     his #1 factor is elimination of the FDA totally, a corrupt government agency which rains pain, suffering and death upon American patients as described in his 16 Anti-FDA blog series

b)     42 other factors Rajjpuut mentions are not considered by Obamacare at all

c)      The only factor Rajjpuut and Obamacare did agree upon is “infant mortality.”

However, Obamacare treats this factor as totally a problem with lack of health care or insufficient health care . . . Rajjpuut names 14 factors (health care is NOT mentioned but the fact that modern American women lead the world in smoking, drinking, using drugs, obesity, etc.  definitely are crucial) that contribute and then describes a cluster of social factors that trace the history of the problem to the breakdown in the American family (predominance of unwed mothers; predominance of single-parent families; predominance of families with no husband ever in attendance to help the mother; predominance of families without a second parent living below the poverty line; etc. which all arose as the altogether laudable women’s movement  was taken over and radicalized by the feminist movement.   In making his analysis, of the historical deterioration of the American family as the root cause of high infant mortality. Problems that didn’t exist in 1960 when America had one of the highest ranked health care systems in the world and infant mortality and life expectancy were the envy of most of the world suddenly became real and huge problems as America’s women changed their perspectives egged on by unenlightened radical feminism.

Rajjpuut also debunked one of Obama’s crucial factors (America’s comparatively low life expectancy) and showed that the two factors (infant mortality and low life expectancy) because of the way the statistics are misused are really the same factor looked at twice . . . the implication is that when America solves its infant mortality crisis, life expectancy will jump markedly.

3)      Rajjpuut’s series showed that patients needed to be educated in preventive health; that health education at every turn was a key answer; and that the CDC should be much more involved (and much more well funded) in America’s health care prevention, health education and motivational needs.
4) Rajjpuut's creation of the brand new NHF position and its purpose is totally overlooked by Obamacare.  So virtually every single one of Obama's "cost-cutting" methods will not cut costs but only cut services and cost lives.

The Most Important Facts that Obama Care Ignores

Mickey Mantle once said, "If I'd have known I was going to live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself."  He died at the relatively young age of 63 requiring a lot of expensive treatment in his final years of life and suffered a lot of pain.

Obamacare is doomed to be a terribly expensive failure because it is another GSB (government-spending boondoggle) which ignores 42 of the most important 43 considerations for creating any program to keep people healthy; get the unhealthy back to health: and cut costs drastically.

When you're talking about health; fitness; longevity; and the health care system, genetics are important.  But genetics can not be controlled. Yes, it’s always a plus to have had long-lived ultra-healthy parents . . . but take it from the Ol' Health Educator Rajjpuut:   your own daily habits have a great deal more to do with what makes you ill in the vast majority of cases and with what finally  kills you and when it kills you then all the influences of doctors and medicine and often than all the influences of your genes as well.   Lifestyle is usually the most important thing . . . .

When you're talking about creating sensible and effective health care reform, the 43 considerations Rajjpuut mentions in his 27 blog health care series are all very important and far more important than all but one of the factors dealt with by Obamacare (infant mortality:  but even then the Obama discussion is almost 100% pure BS because his people ignore the "controllable" issues related to lifestyle there also).   Of those 43 factors, the two most important, neither mentioned by Obama, are A.  Elimination of the FDA which is a huge part of the problem (allowing drugs to be approved that kill 60,000 people among other things that extraordinarily corrupt institution does) and B.  The precise seven lifestyle lessons that follow:  the "Seven Golden Rules of Health."

The Seven Golden Rules of Health

Interested in adding 35 years of high quality living to your lifespan? Here's how, and here's WOW!

While working as a health educator for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas in 1977, Rajjpuut read about a recently-completed long-range study of vigorous older people. The gist of it all came to this: the University of California extracted seven lifestyle practices that these hardy senior citizens tended to share as a group. As for the study results, here's what those salubrious old folks had in common:

The Seven Rules

1. Eat a very large healthy breakfast daily

2. Regularly eat 3-4 smaller meals daily

3. Maintain a healthy normal weight

4. Avoid tobacco and drug use (and minimize over-the-counter remedies)

5. Drink alcohol extremely moderately

6. Sleep 7-8 hours nightly

7. Practice regular vigorous exercise

The "magic" from the study came when UC extrapolated their finding out into the general populace. They discovered that if they took two men, one aged 55 years old and the other 20 and compared their lifestyles . . . if the 20 year old practiced 0-1 of the "Seven Golden Rules" and the 55 year old practiced 6-7 of them: the two men had the exact same life expectancy. That is, it would be absolutely no surprise at all if they both dropped dead on the same day, say 28.2 years in the future according to the actuarial statistics of the day.  Not sure what that means to you, but the nature of those initial 35 years difference between the two men is Rajjpuut's personal definition of "quality of life."

Further studies by other groups have shown that when it comes to changes made before age 42, once the individual starts to practice the Seven Golden Rules . . . within eight years most of the harm from the prior twenty years of a dissipate lifestyle is gone. That means, for example, quit smoking and follow the seven golden rules for eight years, and it's almost as if you've never smoked a day in your life. Benefits from lifestyle changes after age 42, were much less consistent but still quite significant.

A few comments are in order. Buckling seatbelts was a fairly new idea at the time of the study. If an eighth and ninth golden rule are needed which Rajjpuut would add from his experience as a health educator, they would be:

8. Buckle-up in moving vehicles and always observe proper caution around machinery

9. Avoid highly processed foods and fried foods and eat some high-fiber food daily

Rule #5 "Drink alcohol extremely moderately" deserves some discussion. After a brief flirtation with boozing as a youngster, Rajjpuut rarely consumes a six-pack a month these days, so that's what he practices and preaches. However, in the actual study the amount of liquor mentioned was "averaging one beer or glass of wine per day."  Over the years since the study, much has been made of the value of red wine in the diet. All this implies that a little bit of alcohol is preferable to none at all. If there is one area of the study that Rajjpuut would put in question it would be that conclusion.

Here's his "take" on the matter. The trouble with saying that teetotalers are less healthy than extremely moderate drinkers comes in two areas: A) a whole lot of teetotalers are reformed alcoholics who in many cases regrettably did great damage to their health prior to quitting drinking altogether and presumably shortened their probable lifespans in the process. It is his intuition that IF the study had eliminated this effect from former alcoholics in its study, their fifth rule should have been: "Rule #5 "Drink alcohol extremely moderately or not at all." Additionally, from his experience Rajjpuut suspects that there are "overly pious personalities" out there who don't drink and resent everybody in the world who does . . . and in fact they deeply resent almost everybody in the world for any number of reasons. If they were removed from the rolls of non-drinkers, I'm sure the non-drinkers would have averaged a longer life also. So the last addition to the Golden Rules of Health is:

Rule #6 7/8 Have a sense of humor, relax

If on top of all this great advice, the individual, let us call him "Bill" takes charge of his own health and finds a health-conscious (rather than disease-oriented) doctor "muy simpatico" who believes that the purpose of wise medicine is to keep people hale-healthy and out of his office . . . and if Bill always seeks at least a second opinion in considering serious health care matters, then he and his doctors are part of the solution to the health care mess rather than part of problem. If every company had a full roster of employees like Bill then health care costs and costs across the board would drop markedly starting now.

Jones an ObamaClone; Main Stream Media Fails to Vett Either

GE Corruption, not considered a story fit to print in New York Times.
The MSM abdicated their responsibility to vett Barak Obama and later Van Jones and the other 35 czars

Main Stream Media About to Miss

Another Vital Story

Is it any wonder that the print journalistic media are going out of business in record numbers of late? Their refusal, and the refusal of most of their liberal broadcast brethren, to cover legitimate stories of a non-liberal bent (a despicable process called “slanting” or “propagandizing” rather than doing real journalism) leaves that happy job open to the internet and to FOX broadcast news and the talk radio shows and all have been responding to the challenge admirably.

The New York Times famously subtitles their rag, “All the News that’s Fit to Print” as their masthead logo. Of course it’s a terrible lie, the Times has for at least 55 years only printed less than one half of all the news that’s fit to print. This is the price you pay when your editorial policy is to slant every story to fit your publisher’s ultra-liberal bias. The Times is just one small part of the problem, of course. In their sainted ivory-towered offices the Obama-protecting Barak-worshipers of Main Stream Media (MSM) as a whole look to be committing the cardinal sin of the news business: missing out on important stories.

Right now when it comes to having a “newspaper of record” in the United States that honor falls to USA Today, which unfortunately is only a weekday newspaper: certainly the NY Times has abdicated all right to that lofty title. The fact is that the liberal media, MSM if you will, has entirely failed to vett Obama himself . . . if they had done that job as good journalists must, they would have found Van Jones to be an Obama Clone nothing more . . . and that neither Obama nor Jones is fit to wear the mantle of public official. But, of course, liberals are never challenged by the NY Times or other MSM -- that would be high treason.

The MSM can’t seem to get their story straight about Van Jones. Some like Tom Brokaw insist that Van Jones was a good man “railroaded unfairly by the uncontrolled, irresponsible internet nut cases and crazy FOX.” Meanwhile the Washington Post claims that Obama’s vetting policies are to blame and rues the fact that “the resignation will prove a distraction" to the important work of passing Obama’s health care reform initiative.

In the wake of their refusal to vett and even thoroughly interview ex-Obama Green Czar Van Jones or even to properly cover the story of his demise (because he was a czar and not vettable by the FBI and the legislative branch, it was their very important job to find up what’s what with Mr. Van Jones and all 36 of the Obama Czars – Rajjpuut must reiterate:  that job has NOT been done yet) . . . it now appears the MSM has been reduced, as David Limbaugh put it, to “sputtering incoherence” and is about to miss another scoop. And what scoop is that? Who or What does it involve?

The guilty parties are: Obama, the cap and trade bill, the Main Stream Media itself, MSNBC, and MSNBC’s parent corporation General Electric -- all apparently up to some pretty hideous shenanigans that certainly rival Watergate in their importance and in the level of corruption displayed. The hero of the story is a GE employee, Rajjpuut will call “Tooty Whistler” who revealed an internal GE memo written on August 19th by GE Vice-Chairman John Rice to the news media.

“Where Corruption is Our Most Important Product!”

Call it “GE-Gate,” call it “Obama-Payola,” call it “Rent-a-Senator” . . . whatever you call it, hearken back to the days of proud smokestack America when an idealistic young actor was serving as spokesman for and signing off from one of the most popular shows on television, General Electric Theater with his signal anthem: “At General Electric where progress is our most important product.”

That young actor, a union-paying Democrat and later union president before coming to GE, was so impressed by the corporate culture, integrity and sense of purpose at General Electric that he eventually became a conservative and later served as Governor of California and President of the United States. While in the oval office he helped win the Cold War, end the Warsaw Pact and the USSR and Eastern-European communism while bringing the Berlin Wall crashing down. Those were the halcyon days when General Electric really commanded respect. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Rajjpuut doubts very much that Ronald Reagan would be proud to serve as GE spokesman nowadays . . . .

Today, once mighty GE, proudest long-time resident atop the Dow Jones 30 Industrial Stocks, is in the butt-kissing and apple-polishing business full time with none other than the nation’s first black president . . . a charismatic speaker and out-and-out charmer who promised to “. . . clean up Washington” and “run the most open, transparent and accountable administration in the country’s history.”

“. . . clean up Washington” and “run the most open, transparent and accountable administration in the country’s history.” Memorable words, unfortunately NOT SO the deeds!

The only question now is, “What's the going rate to buy one U.S. Senator's vote for the most important event in corrupt-new suddenly Eco-conscious GE’s life?” Will it take $50,000 or $75, 000 or $100,000 each to pass the “cap and trade Waxman-Markey bill?” Forbid it almighty God, I know not what course the pikers may take, but for real payola, hold out for $200,000 minimum!

Once mighty General Electric has spent so much money buying influence in Washington that it’s now become a one-penny-dividend stock. That’s right, it’s last dividend was one whole penny. Oh, for the glory years when retired teachers, store clerks and profligate Hollywood celebrities could survive and thrive on the large steady dividends from GE. But somehow they've gotten diverted from their old sense of corporate purpose.

General Electric spent more on lobbying in the second quarter of this year than any other company, according to federal lobbying files. Since 1998, GE has been the undefeated long-term champion of lobbying excesses, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, outpacing its runner-up by 40 percent in the last decade plus. Meanwhile GEPAC has become perhaps the shadiest political action committee in a mighty shady town. Tying the lobbying and PAC effort together, is the noble profession of Vice Chairman John G. Rice who, poor baby, may be suffering from “Deep-Throatitis” since a secret corporate e-mail he wrote was recently leaked to the press and revealed embarrassing strategic goals and tactics all based upon supporting Barak Obama and buying votes for GE-favoring measures. This in itself is perhaps only playing hard ball with a nine-pounder cannon . . . however, GE besides owning a financial arm that recently received $139 Billion dollars in federal bailout funds courtesy of the Obama administration . . . most sinister fact of all: GE also owns NBC and all its Obama-praising affiliates such as MSNBC and CNBC.

While it may have been obvious during the presidential campaign that MSNBC news was incapable of mouthing anything less than glowing praise for Barak Obama . . . their closet relationship has come out into the open courtesy of the aforementioned leaked memo GE Vice Chairman Rice wrote in that Aug. 19 e-mail to his colleagues at GE. First a bit more background . . . .

In the most blatant and shameless sell-out in American journalistic history, Barak Obama now “owns” MSNBC journalistic coverage of Himself and scratching the back that scratches his: General Electric (GE: MSNBC’s parent company) now “owns” the inside track on all cap-and-trade contracts; global warming contracts; green job contracts; and, oh yes, bailout money for the nearly bankrupt** General Electric during the Obama administration. GE, of course, has already received $139 Billion dollars in federal bailout funds for its financial arm.

It appears that this “open scandal” is no surprise to anyone. The other liberal-leaning networks aren’t commenting, however, so the only party-pooper in the crowd is conservative channel Fox News. The MSNBC-Obama mutual back-scratching act is so blatant that Barak himself made light of it at the Radio and TV correspondent’s dinner when he said, he was trying to come up with ideas for his comments at the gathering and couldn't sleep. But suddenly he knew where to go for help. So he just rolled over in bed and asked Brian Williams for his opinion.

If you watch political news at all, it’s no secret that the Fox Network is on Barak Obama’s enemies list; and that MSNBC, owned by GE, is easily the most pro-Obama TV news department in the whole country. In a land of left-leaning antennae, MSNBC could just as well change its name to the “Barak Network” and no would notice or raise an eyebrow.

There was one instance during the presidential campaign when light criticism of Barack the Beloved resulted in a wrist slap and another in March of 2009 when some of their CNBC financial analysts began criticizing Obama and his proposed programs (“a spending spree” according to one pundit) -- the typical government spending boondoggles GSBs liberals are famous for. Virtually immediately GE CEO Jeff Immelt and NBC President Jeff Zucker both dropped in on aforesaid commentators to inform them as to the weather: “Boys, this is how the wind blows around here . . .”

Apparently the “re-orientation chat” worked. Since that time criticism, even subtle criticism of Obama the candidate or Obama the president has been non-existent. Their bias for Obama had always been outrageous, but today Zucker and Immelt have become Obama’s trick ponies and President Obama is deified at least three times daily on each NBC affiliate company. Other than Obama getting unlimited use of NBC teleprompters during the campaign and later as president, no one could be sure exactly what the tie in was. Up till late August the nature of their “pact” was still anybody’s guess. Let’s look at three examples of the suspicious nature of the relationship:

1.        GE is relying on the Obama administration to come through on a promise that all American health records could by law only be computerized with GE and its supposedly “superior technology” having the inside track for a contract that would bring in billions. When word of this “cozy relationship was first aired in early August, Obama began showing a bit less favoritism at news conferences and even invited ABC in for one-on-one interviewing. Instead of a whole slew of government contracts, however, GE might be cruising for a bruising. Fox commentator Bill O’Reilly opined recently that any important contract for GE

“would make Watergate look like a Shirley Temple movie.” If that is the case, then one video clip that will make every highlight reel will be Kareem Dale (Special Asst. to Obama) smiling, “At the White House, as we always like to say, we love MSNBC.”

2.      GE appointed former Senator Tom Daschle to its health advisory board. Daschle, President Obama's nominee for secretary of Health and Human Services until a tax scandal derailed him, has strong connections to the Obama White House. So obviously there is a huge potential conflict of interest here. NBC News is in on the “hear no evil, see no evil, SPEAK no evil” take for Obama, even as GE, the parent company, is aiming to corral billions from the federal government. Hard to believe that MSNBC has only run positive spin stories on Obamacare for the last 11 ½ weeks isn’t it? NBC, was once renowned for the high ethical tone of its (liberal) news coverage but now with Zuckerman, Immelt and Daschle running point for the news gatherers, all you can hear is poisonous left-wing fanaticism supporting the president unerringly. Literally, sneezing or partial eye-rolling while reporting an Obama story is now a capital offense at NBC.

3.      GE, the once mighty Dow Jones Smokestack America Industrial giant who’s dividends were all any frugal retiree every needed, is now (unless the White House comes through) moving toward not just penny dividends, but actual penny stock status unless the White House comes through for them. To arrest that slide they have created a whole new strategy arm called “Ecomagination” which is plotting to win a wide array of ecology-themed contracts associated with global warming, green-tech, and cap and trade legislation. It all comes down on the “Obama connection,” will the president come through?

The connections that were assumed are now obvious, the August 19 e-mail memo from GE Vice Chairman Rice made it all official . . . .

"The intersection between GE's interests and government action is clearer than ever," Vice Chairman John G. Rice wrote in his August 19, 2009 e-mail to colleagues. He was calling on all GE people and GE subsidiary people to join GEPAC, the General Electric Political Action Committee. "GEPAC is an important tool that enables GE employees to collectively help support candidates who share the values and goals of GE,” that is, as the e-mail continued:   sharing the values and goals of GE means “support for policies that profit the company.”

Rice continues by getting specific about climate change, "we were able to work closely with key authors of the Waxman-Markey climate and energy bill, recently passed by the House of Representatives. If this bill is enacted into law it would benefit many GE businesses."

GE has put almost all its eggs into the Waxman-Markey basket. W-M would profit GE Greenhouse Gas Services, which deals in greenhouse gas credits, products that have value only if a cap-and-trade bill like Waxman-Markey passes. That is if W-M fails, GM is up the creek. Rice did not pull any punches, "Our Company is heavily impacted by a number of issues pending in Washington this fall.”

GE spent more on lobbying in the second quarter of this year than did any other company, according to federal lobbying files. Since 1998, GE has been the leading lobbier, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, outpacing its runner-up by 40 percent. Tying the lobbying and PAC effort together, Rice said, " . . .we must also make sure that candidates who share GE's values and goals get elected to office . . ."

Six House members have received more than $4,000 from GEPAC this cycle -- all Democrats -- Representative John Murtha, D-Pa., faces a tough re-election next year, thanks to accusations that he has used his chairmanship of the Defense Appropriations subcommittee to benefit donors and patrons. GE is a top defense contractor.

The other big recipients are all incumbents in powerful positions, presumably safe for now: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Budget Committee Chairman John Spratt, House Majority Whip Steny Hoyer, Ways and Means member Richard Neal, who chairs the subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures, and key appropriator Norm Ducks**. This year two-thirds of GEPAC money has gone to Democrats, but during the 2008 elections, recipients were pretty equally divided.

Why would GE give $15,000 to every senatorial candidate regardless of party in the last election? Obviously, it was not because they cared so much who won, but rather because this way they had an “in” with the winner, whoever he/she was. The process is called “Rent-Seeking” which means: Lobbying and contributing to campaign funds so that favorable government legislation or regulation; or defeat of unfavorable legislation or regulation happens precisely in the manner most calculated to generate huge profits for the company which ordinary free market interchanges could never provide.

It’s a fact of life in Washington, D.C. and GE is playing the game for high stakes with its presidential stooge benefitting from the firm's (via NBC) unfailing support over the airwaves. A $15,000 contribution to both horses in a two-horse contest may cancel each other out, but they work fine if what you’re really paying for is the “ear” of a congressman. But really, that's not the question is it . . . "How much for just his soul?"

Shall We Call it GE-Gate, ObamaPayola, Rent-a-Senator?

“What's the going rate to buy a U.S. Senator's vote for Waxman-Markey?"

“Where Corruption is

Our Most Important Product!”

“would make Watergate look like a Shirley Temple movie.” If that is the case, then one video clip that will make every highlight reel will be Kareem Dale (Special Asst. to Obama) smiling, At the White House, as we always like to say, we love MSNBC.”

The Wild, Wild West Just Got Daintier

The rugged individualist who pioneered this country is a dying breed, but his replacement, the namby-pamby collectivist, is now found everywhere. It used to be that the westerner in particular (except for the effete-souls out in California) was for the most part someone who reveled in the out-of-doors and in taking care of himself and his affairs by himself . . . jumping in now and again to help when a neighbor faced a real catastrophe. Today’s American and today’s westerner are markedly different: he expects the federal government to blow his nose for him;  brush his teeth for him; wipe his butt for him, and raise and educate and indoctrinate his children for him . . . and wouldn’t choose to have it any other way. Clearly this is the end of an era, more’s the pity.

Jive-Talking Obama, Dastardly Debt Decided Dollar’s Doom

Sometime very soon on a planet near you, the world’s present Reserve Currency:  the American dollar, will fade from prominence as the United States undergoes a ruinous hyper-inflation.

               Here are the facts:
  1. A.    Every day the INTEREST on the national debt costs the country half a billion dollars, every single day.

  2. B.     By 2019 the Interest on debt will cost America more than our national defense does. By 2020 we will owe $24 TRillion.

  3. C.      Our national debt is larger than the combined economies of the 3rd largest; 6th largest and 14th largest economies in the world . . . that is, our debt is larger than the economies of China, the United Kingdom and Australia altogether.

  4. D.    The current “Obamacare” health bill is designed to cover-up the fact that Medicare currently has obligations totaling $34 TRillion it canNOT meet. Medicare will be bankrupt by 2016. The same thing has already happened to our other two monstrous government spending boondoggles Social Security and Medicaid. The dire status of those two programs were hidden by legislation that made the debt appear to go away, but which did nothing about the underlying fiscal atrocities. Social Security is scheduled now to go bankrupt in 2037, but in reality it’s been bankrupt since 1988.

    E.      The Federal Reserve this year has printed up fourteen new dollars for every dollar circulating in 2008. Currently, the theoretical value of today’s dollar is 6-7 cents in buying power compared to the same dollar in 2008. Only people’s faith in the money keeps that from happening . . . for awhile.
  5.
  6. F.      China, Russia, India and Brazil have already put forth suggested measures to remove the dollar as the World’s Reserve Currency. This is not done lightly, next to the United States and Japan, these nations stand to lose far more than most if the dollar loses its prestigious place in the world economy. But their efforts aim to get perhaps one-fifth or even one-fourth the current value rather than waiting till the United States dollar is worth four or five cents of its current buying power.
  7.
  8. G.     The coming tax hike on the middle class American is likely to doom any hope of economic recovery; but even without a tax hike the present banking crisis and real estate crisis have shattered the nation’s confidence.
  9.
  10. H.    The dollar has lost over 13% of it exchange rate value in just the last seven months.

  11. I.       Unaffected, seemingly, Barak Obama is trying to create far more debt with his health care bill; to stifle the nation’s productive capacity with a cap and trade bill that will drain the country of $220 Billion every year. And he’s promised/threatened to create five million new green-tech jobs apparently unaware that a similar law in Spain cost 22 real jobs from the wider economy for every single permanent green-tech job created. He has also spent a lot of taxpayer money on the “cash for clunker’s program” which no matter how it’s analyzed is another government spending boondoggle. So much for jive-talking your way into the presidency . . . .

Consummate Liar Barack Obama Hides Obamacare Truths

If the only tool a man has is a hammer, after awhile the whole world looks like a nail. It’s begin to look like unless Barak Obama is lying, there are no resources at his disposal. Calling for an “open and honest debate” on health care in his radio address of August 22nd, Barak Obama instead dropped a series of lies, willful misrepresentations and outright distortions upon his adversaries and the American public, the very thing he suggested be avoided in this “open and honest" debate.

He called reports of death panels, abortion funding, coverage of illegal aliens, and federal government takeover of the health care insurance system and some of the delivery system “phony claims.”

Are they now, are they really phony claims? Like Bill Clinton before him, Barak Obama has nurtured the art of lying with a straight face and telling half-truths with a wrinkled grin. There are no death panels mentioned nor euthanasia nor mercy killings. But since health care rationing for the elderly (half of all their costs typically occur during their final six months of life) is the only way to meet Obama’s resolve to cut health care costs by curtailing of drugs, operations and other procedures . . . and since this decision is to be made by government bureaucrats and is sure to advance the date of death in at least 95% of cases: death panels is a good operative description. Mr. Obama whose Science Czar has written a book on euthanasia, mercy-killings, forced abortions, and mass (secretly done via drinking water) sterilizations knows full well what he’s proposing and so do his detractors who caught him in this lie.  By the way, the elderly are far more likely to be conservative voters . . . Lie #1.

Similarly, government funded abortions are not in the Obamacare bill. More significantly, however, an anti-abortion funding amendment was struck from the bill. Obama supports the “Freedom of Choice Act” and would like nothing better than to sidestep the Hyde Act prohibiting funding for abortion by the government. Obama is 100% pro-abortion on demand with NO restrictions. His word on the matter is somehow less comforting than having an anti-abortion amendment in the legislation. Lie #2.

Illegal aliens are also NOT specifically covered, but the Democrats have defied all manner of attempts to make sure that all illegal aliens would be barred from receiving any benefits. Without an eligibility screening method sought by the Republicans there is NO path to barring illegal aliens with any effectiveness. Obama also has publically stated his desire to put every illegal alien in the country “on the path of citizenship.” That makes them eligible. Rather than securing the borders, Obama is asking for excuses to allow anybody who can get across to become a citizen and get taxpayer funded health care in America. Lie #3.

Obamacare is, of course, a huge step on the path to single-payer government monopolized health care insurance running the private sector out of the business.  How can they (private insurance companies) compete with a competitor that can lose money hand over fist forever and still come back fighting for the business? Universal health care via the government option with no competing private companies is the only logical result of Obamacare, and furthermore it is also the desired result by Obama and Barney Frank, who both have said as much in virtually every non-guarded moment. Lie #4.

So much for open and honest debate, Mr. Liar, ‘er President.

Unscientific, Unimaginative Greenies Stymie Human Progress 'n Survival

If commercial fishermen can keep sharks out of their nets when codfishing, what's wrong with the Department of the Interior?

Some 2-3 inch fish apparently are more important than humanity in the Obama equations

A problem, any problem, in a state with a Republican governor is best overlooked for as long as necessary even if the Feds created the problem?

Green advocates applaud Obama’s protection of delta smelt while denying water to the most important vegetable growing county in America.

A whole county is dying of thirst and Barak Obama, who has the power to slake that thirst, deliberately ignores their plight. Fresno County, California, it seems has been incidentally killing the 2-3 inch delta smelt. That’s got the environmentalists up in arms and the Department of the Interior has now called the delta smelt an endangered species. Irrigation of America’s vegetables takes a back seat to the Obama green agenda. Almost 50% of Fresno County’s acreage could be out of business. Mendotta, a town of about 10,000 which is over 90% Hispanic and Fresno County as a whole (48% Hispanic) don’t seem to be exciting Barak Obama’s interest . . . is race a factor?

Certainly the media people who have largely ignored this disaster area were all over George W. Bush for a "slow-acting" FEMA response to Hurricane Katrina and claiming that government “insensitivity” was tied up with “racism.” Perhaps they’re willing to cut Obama slack on the issue that Bush didn’t receive and they’re certainly NOT claiming racism against him either. Maybe it’s less about racism then about screwed up liberal priorities. Or perhaps even though the problem was created by the federal government banning irrigation, the idea is that a problem, any problem, in a state with a Republican governor is best overlooked for as long as necessary?

Unemployment for all of Fresno County is nearly 20% but well over 40% in Mendotta. Since Fresno County is the most Democratic non-urban area in all of California with Democrats outnumbering Republicans by a 4/1 margin . . . the lack of response by Obama either to lift the Department of the interior’s ban on irrigation (the pumping system kills the tiny fish); creation of a bypass screen filtration system; or even declaring the region a disaster area (any response at all would be welcomed) has got the natives restless.   Two paragraphs from now Rajjpuut will suggest an obvious, inexpensive answer, but this is the type of problem (Green interests undermining human interests) that needs to be truly and deeply understood, so let's understand it . . . .

Like much of California, Mendotta and Fresno County have endured recent droughts. In Mendotta, it’s only three-years long unlike in southern California which has borne the dryness for over eight years now (hence all the fires year after year). But you can’t grow vegetables on dry air and liberal good wishes and the irrigation ban on top of the drought is working a major hardship on the citizens in this primarily agricultural county which once known as “America’s vegetable capital” is now presumably deserving the title of “America’s soup-line.” California, for its part has recognized that food lines, ultra-high unemployment, and dried fields with withered crops constitute a crisis and has called the County a “disaster area.” In any case, the irrigation canals that Fresno County’s ancestors helped build are no longer permitted to water Mendotta's and Fresno County's crops. Rajjpuut thinks its time for the locals to rise up a la “The Milagro Beanfield War” and to arm themselves with whatever it takes to keep the canals open . . . frigging fish, or no frigging fish.

Who caused the problem?  The Department of the Interior and their green friends.  Who should bear responsibility to solve the problem?  The Department of the Interior because they have all these millions of dollars that they're wasting creating problems, let them be charged with doing  some good for a change.  Let the irrigation start back up NOW and let the Department of the Interior NOW begin solving the problem.  HOW?  HOW?  You ask How?  Easy, you put the Delta Smelt back in charge of its own frigging survival by using behavior modification.  The commercial fishing industry has about twenty different behavior modification schemes to keep unwanted animals like dolphins (protected) and turtles (endangered) and sharks (which foul the netting and cause other problems if caught with prey fish like tuna and cod) from coming near their nets.  If commercial fishermen can keep sharks out of their nets when codfishing, what's wrong with the Department of the Interior?  Where's their imagination?  Where's there scientific innovation? If they don't return, the irrigation to where it needs to be, then a popular uprising for real human values needs to be initiated . . . .

Take it from Rajjpuut, THIS MEANS WAR! Making Mendota and Fresno County a cause célèbre would certainly get the lazy Obama-worshipping media involved and let the whole nation know of the county’s plight. And, by the way, when vegetables country-wide start costing two or three times as much, that’s not going to help the nation’s economy, not to speak of the local one here in central California.  If a guy 1250 miles away who has no real stake in the struggle, like Rajjpuut, can suggest a doable and simple and cost-effective way out of the problem like behavior-modification for the damn smelt, what the hell are those highly paid government muckety-mucks worth since they can't come up with any idea to UNDO the problems they created?  What they hell are they paid for?

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

Show Liberal-Taxers and Progressive-Spenders NO Quarter

The left wing of the Democratic Party always wants to have its cake and eat it too . . . meaning they want to do stupid things and then be called by nice-sounding names like “liberal” and “progressive.”

S.I. Hayakawa in his immortal book “Language in Thought and Action” coined the powerful phrase: “The word is NOT the thing.” Old folks back home used to say, “Call a spade a spade.”  The left wing of the Democratic Party always wants to have its cake and eat it too . . . meaning they want to do stupid things and then be called by nice-sounding names like “liberal” and “progressive.” The fact is that they are running this country into the ground with their inane programs and their willingness to throw money at every perceived problem, even if it isn’t a problem in any right-thinking person’s mind.

Rajjpuut suggests that as a matter of policy, we call them exactly what they are, to wit:

A.      Incessant tax and spenders

B.     Liberal taxers

C.      Progressive spenders

D.     Big Government advocates

E.      Government interference advocates

F.      Advocates of government spending boondoggles

G.  Advocates of high taxes

H.  Advocates of throwing money at every problem, whether it exists or not

I.  Profligate Spenders

J.  Tax Addicts

Those ten terms describe precisely who and what they are and what they do. Since the phrases all reflect reality accurately, using them is wielding truth as a weapon, something Libertarians and other fiscal-conservatives need to do in self-defense because the lying words of Obama and his cronies have been repeatedly used as weapons against us.

Psuedo-Science Czar Holdren to "Eliminate" Problem Generation?

The nation’s projected $20 TRillion debt in 2020 is a half-truth . . . because, the government leaves out a few pertinent facts . . . Medicare and Medicaid and Social Security are all broke while the largest generation in American history, the Baby Boomers, (also the fattest and sickest and most out of shape generation in American history) is just now entering their retirement years. Rajjpuut suggests that our Psuedo-Science Czar and noted euthanasia, eugenics and population control advocate Holdren be allowed free rein on solving this headache: surely, if anyone can come up with a creative solution, the man who co-wrote “Eco-Science with the Ehrlich couple is the man for the job!

Rajjpuut suggests that the cult film classic "Logan's Run" holds the germ of the idea which a creative fellow like Holdren can expand into a workable "Final Solution!"   The term “Deep Sleep Operative” is so sexy, perhaps Holdren ought to be called the “Sandman Czar?”

Obama Eludes Czar Oversight, Fails to Fill White House Staff

Stimulus Accountability Czar spends $18 million setting up a web page without approval of congress. The man has never been vetted by the FBI or even interviewed by anyone except Barak Obama.

Obama Power Grab Via Czars

Violates Constitution, Separation of Powers

and System of Checks and Balances

Earl Devaney, Stimulus Accountability Czar, has spent $18 Million setting up a website, without any authorization from anyone except Barak Obama . . . certainly congress didn’t authorize it; certainly the FBI has never vetted Mr. Devaney, who by the way is one of the few obviously qualified personnel choices Obama’s made while hiring 36 czars and their ten-person staffs at taxpayer expense. Is this the sort of oversight American taxpayers want?

Rajjpuut’s nephew Donnie sets up simple websites for people for as little as $250 and about $1,000 for a really complicated and large site. So exactly where is the justification for Earl Devaney spending 18,000 times more money to set up his website. And talking about oversight, senior Senate Democrat, Robert Byrd of West Virginia says that these czar appointments are a power grab by the executive branch and violate the constitutional system of checks and balances as well as the constitutional separation of powers. He said they are a clear attempt to evade congressional oversight.

Our, or should I say "the President's," Green Jobs Czar is an admitted marxist and black power advocate who worked with a former Weatherman bomber and anarchist . . . I'd sure like to have heard the senate interview on him if he ever came up for approval, wouldn't you?

Looking over some of Obama czars it does seem that way: (in alphabetical order: Afghanistan czar, aids czar, border czar, car czar, climate czar, copyright czar, cyberspace czar, drug czar, economic czar, education czar, energy czar, executive pay czar, faith-based czar, Great Lakes czar, green jobs czar, Guantanamo closure czar, health reform czar, info-tech czar, intelligence czar, Iran czar, Middle East peace czar, non-proliferation czar, Performance Czar, Persian Gulf/Southeast Asia czar, regulatory czar, science czar, stimulus accountability czar, Sudan czar, TARP czar, terrorism czar, urban czar, war czar, and WMD and terrorism czar.  Actually three separate “tech czars” have been created and two of Obama’s three dozen have dropped through the cracks and not been identified by Rajjpuut.

Georgia Republican Representative Jack Kingston introduced the “Czar Accountability and Reform Act” to cut off the salaries of these czars and their staffs.   Rajjpuut recommends that you link this blog and send a letter to your senators and representative demanding that they back Kingston’s bill and force Obama to abandon these phony czars and fill his White House staff and cabinet in the normal manner where vetting and congressional approval is part of the process.

HR 3226 the Czar Accountability and Reform Act would withhold funding from any czar until confirmed by the Senate makes sense to Rajjpuut. Transparency, accountability, balance, openness and a return to Constitutionally guaranteed checks and balances, separation of powers and oversight are required by any logical analysis of the situation. Then there’s the matter of the $1,720,000 in salaries for these unappointed people; how much do their 10-person staffs earn? Oh and what about that $18Million website?

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut

Obama the Terrible Names 36 Czars to Aid Move to Socialist State

Why is Obama's Executive Branch Staff Only 2/3 Filled  Eight months after Inauguration Day?

Over one-third of Obama’s executive branch positions have NOT been filled. About a fourth of the choices he did make were of the caliber of his first Supreme Court nominee, clearly poor decisions, and several withdrew in shame.  And yet Barak the Beloved has more advisors than any president before him:  if you count all 36 Czars all paid and benefitting from 10-person staffs.  And what of the caliber of these people that the FBI has NOT been allowed to investigate, and the congress has not been allowed to approve or disapprove, what kind of people are they? If we said that many were avowed Marxists or Communists and you doubted us, you’d be incorrect. If we said that some had ties to violent anarchistic organizations or connections to convicted and admitted bombers and other self-styled “revolutionaries” and you doubted us, you’d be wrong? If we said some seemed to be “crazies” . . . well let’s talk about Science Czar John Holdren . . .

This man would not have been approved by the senate for any position up to and including dog catcher. He is NOT a real scientist, he is a crack pot. In 1977 he co-wrote a book with the notorious Ehrlich couple called “Ecoscience.” In the book, forced abortions were advocated, as were secret (by way of drinking water) mass sterilizations, and Holdren has several times shown public admiration for the idea of euthanasia and the  “science of eugenics” . . . you know the stuff that Hitler used as the driving force behind ideas of Aryan superiority. Holdren has been quoted as saying that a “newborn baby is not fully human” he's NOT talking about fetuses here, but newborn babies.  Rajjpuut guesses that means, in Holdren's world that a newborn can be "disposed of" but  can’t actually be murdered by state population control efforts, one supposes since it isn't yet fully human

The senior Senate Democrat, Robert Byrd of West Virginia says that these czar appointments are a power grab by the executive branch and violate the constitutional system of checks and balances as well as the constitutional separation of powers. He said they are a clear attempt to evade congressional oversight.   Looking over some of Obama czars it does seem that way: (in alphabetical order: Afghanistan czar, aids czar, border czar, car czar, climate czar, copyright czar, cyberspace czar, drug czar, economic czar, education czar, energy czar, executive pay czar, faith-based czar, Great Lakes czar, green jobs czar, Guantanamo closure czar, health reform czar, info-tech czar, intelligence czar, Iran czar, Middle East peace czar, non-proliferation czar, Persian Gulf/Southeast Asia czar, regulatory czar, science czar, stimulus accountability czar, Sudan czar, TARP czar, terrorism czar, urban czar, war czar, and WMD and terrorism czar.

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut

PS:  Russia had only 18 czars in its entire history and Obama already has 36.

A Necessary Return to Limited and Benevolent Government

After their experiences with the powerful British government, the designers and supporters of the American Constitution, to a man, believed one thing with all their hearts:  "that government was best, (most benevolent) that governed least."

As government grows and taxes grow and the scope of government enters into spheres up to now reserved for private enterprise and charity human freedom, human compassion and human success in creating, following and achieving goals is stymied at every turn. With government standing on our necks, pursuing the American Dream becomes more and more problematical and achieving the American Dream almost impossible.

Big government removes resources necessary for achieving dreams: money, time, legality in some cases and because of high taxes on business; on estates; and the individual, incentive is greatly dampened. Here in three pages is the Bible of Economic understanding and incentive:

                htt://www.thefreemanonline.org/featured/i-pencil/p

No government programs ever designed ever created as much prosperity, innovation, creative energy and incentive as just plain FREEDOM. Remove the effect of Big Brother breathing down our backs and progress is assured. The state, as it grows larger, is a millstone around the neck of creativity. Big government removes the feeling of responsibility and engagement necessary for creativity and efficient problem solving to emerge in our communities, our families and as individuals.

For at least the last forty-five years the government has been on the attack against the sovereignty of the family; the community; the county and state governments. It’s been a one-way street, where all money is siphoned off for Federal use and to grow Federal power and the individual, the community, county and local governments are impoverished and made slaves to the will of big government.

Limited government is the answer.  Limited government was the desire and dream of the people who created this nation.  Without a return to limited government and soon, individual freedom will continue to deteriorate and government will be the master instead of the servant, as the Founding Fathers wished it when they created the U.S. Constitution.

Obama spending has already exceeded that of the New Deal and the Great Society combined and much, much more is planned. And look at that spending closely: a $787 Billion stimulus package is only 15% spent. How come? If the goal were really to help the business world and the individual, spending the money quickly, efficiently and fairly there would be no problem. But the goal is to reward supporters of the present administration and it becomes very difficult but not impossible to do so semi-circumspectly so as a result, that money doesn’t get spent until some program can be created giving 2/1 advantage for Obama supporters over former McCain supporters . . . that’s what the statistics show. Let’s get specific . . . .

The interference of big government on the one hand by this administration and of the president himself is intolerable. His personal orchestration of the bankruptcy of Chrysler and GM violated every law, tenet and precedent from 232 years of bankruptcy law. His dishonoring of the secured creditors including three pension plans in Indiana was shameful theft, no other word suffices. Obama then took their money and distributed to his UAW union, rabid Obama supporters and made them major shareholders in the company again unprecedented, illegal and totally unethical. Obama then orchestrated shutdowns of GM and Chrysler dealerships in a manner that favored those which had funded him even if their dealerships were major financial losers; and eliminated those that supported John McCain even if they were profitable despite the company-wide losses.

Thus far the bailout/stimulus money has been doled out drip by drip, that’s a “stimulus?” And the ratio is drip, drip for Obama-voting counties and one drip for McCain-supporting counties.  As mentioned only 15% has been spent thus far . . . because it's difficult to cheat without being so overt as to get caught.

The Obama administration seeks with the Obamacare bill efforts (five bills are currently being drawn up) to cover up the government spending boondoggle known as Medicare.   Medicare is virtually 100% a Democratic Party creation that is now $34 TRillion behind in obligations which it can never honor because it’s scheduled for bankruptcy in 2016. Throw in the fact that the president has doubled the national debt in seven months and our debt to Gross Domestic Product is now at 81/1 and you see what big government can get away with and the great harm that can be done.

Let us call a spade a spade:  the goal of Obamacare is NOT to solve the Medicare problem but to absorb Medicare into a larger all-encompassing government health-care entity and thus push back the day of reckoning on this massive $34 TRillion debt so people will forget who created it, how large it is and what's wrong with the sick notion of  "government spending as the be-all-end-all of every problem's, or perceived problem's solution" whether or not government has any reason or legitimacy in being involved at all.

Women’s rights are a necessary and good thing. Feminism is another thing altogether. When respected feminists say, “Every act of heterosexual intercourse, including on the marriage bed is an act of rape (Gloria Steinem) or that “We must ‘raise consciousness’ so that EVERY woman disparages home, family and marriage,” (Friedan) than it’s obvious that a war on the family, the basis of America’s strength for over two centuries has been going on and the Federal Government has willfully taken the side of the anti-family feminists by immense funding of education and boondoggle programs supporting the feminist's false premises and their lying anti-family agenda  If  "abortion on demand" were the scope of the feminist agenda that would be one thing, but the full-scale attack and discrediting of the American family that has been going on blatantly with the government's cheerleaders "rah-rah-rahing" all the time is something else entirely.

The government has clearly and doggedly pursued a feminist agenda for almost the same 45 years: an agenda that has resulted in divorce becoming every bit as common as marriage; in broken homes becoming the norm; in women and children being relegated to livelihoods below the poverty line nine times more frequently than in 1960.  That feminist agenda has repeatedly been shown to be based on fictitious “science,” made up facts and utter lies. Now in the Obamacare proposal, the FAILED Feminist agenda as carried out by social workers and other government officials against the family is to continue with even more massive government spending behind it. Enough is enough.

Obama Poll Numbers Move Deeper into Negative Territory

Only 46% of likely voters now approve of Barak Obama’s job performance while 53% disapprove. Among those with strong opinions Obama’ rating is at a -11% as 30% strongly approve of his job and 41% strongly disapprove according to the Rasmussen Reports daily tracking polls.   While 81% of Democrats approve; 83% of Republicans disapprove and they’re joined by 66% of unaffiliated voters in their disapproval.

While Obama is now at his lowest approval ebb, the congress has sunk to new and deeper depths: American voters when asked by Rasmussen if they could keep or throw out the congress as a whole, 57% said they’d throw out all the legislators and start all over again; only 25% would vote to keep the entire congress and 18% were neutral on the question; while from another poll, only 29% said they thought that congress knew what it was doing.

Legalizing marijuana, at least for medical use, is a common question around the country. When asked about the dangers, 51% of American voters rated alcohol more dangerous than pot; 19% said pot is worse; 25% rated both as equally dangerous; and 2% said neither was dangerous.

As far as taxes vs. government spending: 50% believed a dollar of tax refund was ALWAYS better than a dollar of government spending; 25% disagreed; and 25% were unsure. When just asked to say which they liked better now, 62% were in favor of a tax cut now rather than more government spending now. The President’s and Democrats’ health care “reform” plan is now opposed by 53% and supported by 42% of Americans.

Dealing with “old business,” 49% oppose the Justice Department probing into Bush era CIA matters; 36% were opposed; and 15% called themselves “unsure.” Fifty-four percent (54%) of all voters, however, believe the investigation of past CIA interrogation practices endangers the national security of the United States. Only 29% say it helps the image of America abroad, and 18% are not sure.

Looks like Obama's crappy job is starting to catch up on him.  And congress?  I don't think cap and trade was at all popular and Obamacare likewise, but the Republicans are probably faring as bad as the Democrats with only the Blue Dog Democrats getting any respect from the voters.
